1,000 Paws of Great Falls – Esker

“We adopted Frodo, now named Esker, in December of 2020. Our adoption experience at the Maclean Cameron Center was fantastic! The staff were great about asking me what sort of cat I was hoping to adopt, and let me spend a lot of time with different ones. They also gave me great advice about what age and personality would do best with my energetic blue heeler and how to do introductions.

Esker has been a wonderful and hilarious addition to our home. He’s become best friends with our dog, taking naps together when they’re not chasing each other around playfully. Esker loves being carried around and will start purring as soon as you pick him up.

He has an odd habit of gently grabbing your face with his paws so he can snuggle right into your face. He’s also very talkative and loves to follow us around the house, side by side with our dog, which has turned daily life into a small parade.

He was always a very friendly little kitten to begin with, and we’re thrilled that he’s grown into a confident, and laid-back young cat!”
