1,000 Paws of Great Falls – Gnocchi

“I got Gnocchi (previously Flicka) and Mika (previously Sammi) a couple months apart. Gnocchi is almost 9 and Mika is 4. When I saw Gnocchi I knew she was going to come home with me as soon as I saw her on the website. She has a little cloudy eye from getting in a fight as a stray but I think it’s a reminder to me that she has had a long, tough life and I’m so happy she is with me for the rest of her life. I would never guess that she was a stray with how loving and gentle she is to me. She loves Temptations treats, lounging in the sun on her window ledge, sleeping on top of me, and destroying any catnip toys. And she will only drink purified water because she’s fancy now! Even though she’s my little old granny she still plays with me all the time and jumps around like a kitty. We just started leash training and walking around the building at my apartment and she loves to get out to see what’s going on.

Gnocchi and Mika are still just getting to know each other but they’ve had a few gentle interactions and I think they’re on the road to becoming sisters and friends. I can’t wait to see that happen. I adore them both so much and I’m so happy to have them in my life!”
