1,000 Paws of Great Falls – Jynx

“We adopted Ebenezer in December 2021. I had made several trips to the Maclean-Cameron and met 5-6 kittens over a period of several days. The staff was very patient and understanding with me wanting to take the time to pick the right one. Our family is busy with kids, dogs and already one cat so it was important to choose an animal with a personality that would mesh well with us. The staff was able to help show me animals that were in the realm of what I was looking for. Since we brought Ebenezer home, we changed his name to Jynx and he immediately seemed to feel right at home. The little guy didn’t stop purring for 2 weeks! He has been a joy to have around and has become a great companion to our other animals. When he is not snuggled up with the kids, he is constantly playing with our other cat or planning sneak attacks on the dogs. He was so tiny when we brought him home but has grown fast and has also become an excellent mouser! We couldn’t be happier with our new addition and will continue to adopt shelter animals in the future. Jynx is not our first shelter pet but he does prove that these animals have a special type of love and affection for their new families.
