“We adopted Odin when he was only 15 months old. At the time of adoption, he was still a very shy, nervous dog who struggled from some regular shepherd behaviors. He used to be very mouthy, and bite when he got worked up, and also had some pretty bad separation anxiety, he just was not trained. Since then, he has been through obedience classes, and has become such a good dog. He doesn’t have any of those issues since, except a small amount of separation anxiety, but we keep that at a minimal because we bring him most places with us.

We love him dearly. We have taught him how to kayak, he is good with all people, kids, and all dogs. We were considering adopting another to get him a buddy, but we think he would be best as an only child because he likes to have ALL the attention. We have also learned that he has quite a bit of allergies, which is really normal for his breed, so he is on a strict raw diet. He loves it!

When we were originally looking at the Center, I honestly had no interest in him, but from the second I met him it was love at first sight. We are so happy we have him and we love him so much!”
