1,000 Paws of Great Falls – Raven

“We adopted Raven in early July and she needed a little time adjusting to her new home. We feel there was a part of her that was unsure of if we were truly her fur-ever family as we were her fourth. She was not too thrilled about car rides at first, probably for that reason. But she does great with rides now!

It has been almost six months and she just fits in. She is climbing on our couch and in our bed to snuggle with us and her goofy personality really shows. She LOVES to play outside. She enjoys playing in the sprinkler, catching bubbles, and trying to catch the snow as it falls. She also really enjoys the snow on the ground. The cold doesn’t bother her but we don’t let her stay out too long. She gets along great with our 4-year-old Chihuahua, Roxie, and our 2-year-old son, Mason. We also celebrated Raven’s first birthday in November with lots of fun toys!

Despite the circumstances that led us to Raven (the loss of my first dog, Rhiley) we couldn’t ask for a better addition. My husband and I see so many of Rhiley’s traits in Raven and that makes Raven even more special to us.”
