1,000 Paws of Great Falls – Smokey

“We adopted Smokey (formerly named Smudge) in August of 2021. Our adoption experience at the Maclean Cameron Center was simple and efficient.

Smokey has learned that if the dog tries to eat his food, he will come to find me and meow and lead me to his dish so I can move it for him.

He hated our dog, Pepper (also from the Center), when we first adopted him but they can now tolerate each other, and Smokey will kind of play with Pepper.

Smokey loves to play with toys of any kind. He is very curious and inspects everything.

If I am going to be cooking or baking in the kitchen, he will be right there with me because he loves food! Life is better with pets!

Smokey has a fun and playful personality, and the kids love to play with him.”
