Our 2027 Calendar Contest will open on October 1, 2026, at 8 AM and close on October 31, 2026, at 8 PM!
The top five cats and top five dogs will each earn a featured month in the 2027 calendar, along with one additional animal selected by our staff. The top overall pet will receive a featured month and the calendar cover!
Enter your pet for $5. Each vote is $1. Enter your pet, vote for your favorite, or purchase a calendar to support the cause! All proceeds directly benefit the homeless animals in our community.

This contest gives the opportunity to animal-lovers age 18 or older to enter their pet for a chance to win the cover or a month feature in the 2026 MCAAC Pet Calendar! The public will vote for their favorite pets. The “Top Pet” who receives the most votes will receive the front cover and one month feature of their choice in the calendar. The “Top 10” runners-up in votes will each receive one month feature in the calendar. The “Staff Favorite” will be selected by MCAAC staff without regards to voting totals, and will receive one month feature in the calendar.
$5 towards homeless animals = One Entry.
One photo per entry and each pet requires its own entry. Multiple entries for a single pet are allowed BUT we don’t recommend it – Votes from each entry will remains separate and will not be added together. If a single pet has two entries that place for a prize, the lesser standing prize will be forfeited.
You can enter as many pets as you would like, but you can only enter each pet once, so make sure you are choosing their best angle when you initially enter them!

Voting will open at 8:00 AM (MST) on October 1, 2025 and close at 8:00 PM (MST) on October 31, 2025.Â
$1 towards animals in need = One Vote. You may vote for as many pets as you like, as many times as you like!
All prize winners will be contacted (by phone or email) within a week after the contest closes by an MC-AAC staff member.Â
