Become a Volunteer
We thank you for your interest in volunteering with us! We rely on our dedicated volunteers to help us care for the animals that come through our doors each year. There are so many different opportunities for our volunteers to participate in, no many what your skill or experience is, we will have a place for you!
Volunteer Requirements:
- Volunteers must be at least ten years or older to Volunteer at the Center.
- Youth Volunteers (Ages 16-17) are allowed to volunteer without supervision. However, a parent or legal guardian must be present if the youth wishes    to be around dogs.Â
- Adults (Ages 18+) may help with all volunteer opportunities at the Center. Volunteers must complete both an orientation and an animal handling        training to handle dogs and/or cats
